When will my order arrive?

We ship USPS, which is 2-7 business days. However, we will get the orders out ASAP.

How do I track my order?

When shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

As we process your orders the same day, if not the next day. That being said, orders cannot be canceled or changed as there is no gap in between to allow time. We hope you understand as we try our very best to get the orders out same day. 

Do we ever restock items?

We will try our best to restock items, if vendor allows. If there is a request for a restock we will try our best to get it back in stock.  

What is the return policy and how will my return be processed? 

You have 15 business days from the date you receive your package for store credit only. The item(s) must be in original condition, all original tags attached and not damaged. If any of the above does not reach our criterias, your item(s) will not be processed as a return for credit and will be sent back to you. Should you reach the return criteria, you will receive a store credit via email within 1-2 business days from the date we receive your package back.
