If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date you received your order for STORE CREDIT ONLY!! Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged in order to be accepted for credit.
If you are wanting to exchange the item(s) for a different color/size, please let us know before sending it back so we can pull it aside if it is still available. If it is not, you will receive store credit.
-Any sales we run or items that are final sale are a final sale and will not be able to provide a credit.
-Bodysuits are final sale.
-All accessories are final sale. (Jewelry, Hats, and Bralettes)
-In order to receive credit, all original tags must be attached
-If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days to inform us of this issue. We will ask you to send a picture of the item, with the order number via email. If we are not notified within that timeframe of receiving the item(s), your order will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
**YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT IF ITEMS ARE WORN, WASHED OR NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.**
-If you are returning shoes, please make sure you include the original shoe box in its original condition. Please place shoe box in another package/bag to protect the shoe box.
-Please do not put any postal label on shoe box.
-If any damage or postal label on the shoe box, your order will be not be accepted for a return for credit.
How To Return:
1. Before processing, please make sure your order meets our return criteria’s and are within the 15 business days. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
2. On the back of the packing slip invoice, please compete the list why you are returning item(s). Please make sure to include that invoice in the package when sending back. (It can also be found in the email that you provided when placing your order)
3. We do not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s). We do encourage you to use a form of delivery confirmation as it will be your responsibility. If there was a mistake on our end, we will honor that mistake and provide a label. Please send an email should you have any further questions.
4. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the return. Once processed, you will receive an online store credit via email. It will be sent to the original email you made your purchase with.
